We're sorry to see you go. This page explains what happens when you delete your Little Level Up account and how to request deletion.

What Gets Deleted

 

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

 

- **Your account:** Email, login credentials, and account settings

- **Baby profile:** Baby's name, birth date, height, and weight

- **All tracking data:** Feeding, diaper, and sleep records

- **Growth history:** All height and weight measurements over time

- **Game progress:** Character stats, resources, collectables, and game state

- **Feedback:** Any feedback you submitted through the app

 

**If you share a household:** Only your account will be deleted. The other parent's account and access to shared data will remain intact. If both parents delete their accounts, all shared data will be deleted.

Deletion Timeline

 

- **Account access:** Removed immediately upon processing your request

- **Data deletion:** Completed within **30 days** of your request

- **Backup removal:** Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged

**Include in your email:**

- The email address associated with your Little Level Up account

- Confirmation that you want to delete your account and all data

What Happens Next

 

1. **Confirmation:** We will send a confirmation email within 48 hours acknowledging your request

2. **Verification:** We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account

3. **Processing:** Your account and data will be deleted within 30 days

4. **Completion:** We will send a final confirmation once deletion is complete
